JKA Geelong Shotokan Karate Open Afternoon 2021

Join us for an exciting afternoon of traditional Japanese Shotokan karate demonstrations, as well as a Wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance courtesy of the Japanese Association of Geelong Inc. and Sushi for Afternoon Tea (proudly sponsored by Sushi Master Geelong) at Armstrong Creek East Community Hub - Community Space 1.


JKA Geelong Shotokan Karate is the first martial arts club to introduce traditional Japanese Shotokan karate to the Greater Geelong region. If you're looking for something new or wanting keep fit and healthy then consider trying out and learning more about Shotokan karate!


QR codes and hand sanitizers available upon entry at the venue. Bookings are essential but not required. However, it would help if you registered to assist with catering preparations and expectations of numbers. We can't wait to see you there!


*Doors will close if the maximum 90 person capacity is reached at Community Space 1. There will also be a separate entry and exit to maintain a COVID-safe environment.
